- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, barbacks, and support staff.

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order liquor, beer, wine, and supplies, and build vendor relationships.

- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track sales using point-of-sale (POS) systems, and control labor and product costs.

- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a welcoming environment.

- Compliance & Safety: Enforce local liquor laws, health codes, and responsible alcohol service.

- Menu & Events: Create drink menus, price cocktails, and plan promotional events or entertainment.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Previous hospitality experience, often as a head bartender or assistant manager.

- Leadership: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities.

- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in bar management software, inventory tracking, and POS technology.

- Product Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with mixology, wine, beer, and cocktail

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
