We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused Barista to join our team! If you love crafting high-quality coffee, creating a welcoming environment for guests, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. ​

Key Responsibilities

​Beverage Preparation: Craft a wide range of espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to established recipes and quality standards. ​Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, make thoughtful recommendations, and deliver excellent service. ​

Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash and card transactions efficiently using the POS system. ​Quality & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, including grinding equipment, espresso machines, and seating areas. ​Inventory & Stocking: Assist in monitoring inventory, restocking dairy/non-dairy milks, coffee beans, syrups, and pastry display cases.



​Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak rush hours. ​

Qualifications & Skills:

​Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Barista in a retail coffee shop or cafe setting (Required). ​Skills: ​Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming techniques, and latte art (preferred). ​Familiarity with commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders. ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ​Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment. ​

Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
