Banquet Manager

Candidate Profile

- Age: 25–35 years
- Experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of banquet operations, event coordination and hospitality standards.
- Ability to manage banquet staff and coordinate with different hotel departments.
- Well-groomed, professional and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle multiple events and responsibilities efficiently.
- Immediate joining required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day banquet operations.
- Coordinate weddings, conferences, parties, corporate events and other functions.
- Ensure proper setup of banquet halls according to event requirements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, service, housekeeping and other departments.
- Supervise banquet staff and allocate duties effectively.
- Ensure high standards of food service,



hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requirements, queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor event schedules, service quality and overall banquet presentation.
- Ensure proper inventory and equipment management.
- Assist in planning menus, event arrangements and banquet packages.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain banquet-related records and reports.
