Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in the Pune Division. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as light food items, in accordance with company recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include greeting guests, taking orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring timely service.

The Barista will handle cash or digital payments, restock supplies, and follow food safety and hygiene guidelines. The role also involves working as part of a team, supporting colleagues during busy periods,



and contributing to a friendly and efficient café atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage positively with guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including basic knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and equipment operation.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to take orders accurately, explain menu items, and coordinate with coworkers.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in a café or hospitality setting, ability to stand for extended periods, and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain a qualified, customer-oriented attitude.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience
