WE’RE HIRING — BAKER Location: Greater Noida West We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in baking, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare cakes, pastries, cheesecakes, and premium cold bakery items Prepare and work with buttercream frosting, fillings & basic cake decorations Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation & portion standards Ensure the baking area, equipment and workstations are kept clean, neat and hygienic Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients Work efficiently as part of a team and support daily kitchen operations Minimize wastage and maintain organized inventory of baking ingredients Basic knowledge of baking and bakery products Passionate, hardworking and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting If you love baking and take pride in creating beautiful, delicious desserts, we’d love to have you on our team!
