Brew Masters are the craft behind Blenz: they handcraft every espresso, latte, Matcha Latte™ , Chillo and shake to recipe, and make each guest's visit personal.

Reports to: Shift Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Beverage craft • Prepare the full Blenz beverage menu to recipe and presentation standards: espresso drinks, cold brew and nitro, tea lattes, chocolate drinks, Chillos and protein shakes.

- Dial in espresso daily, steam and texture milk (including plant-based options) and pour latte art.
- Keep brew times, recipes and portion sizes consistent to control quality and cost. Guest service • Greet guests, take orders on the POS and recommend drinks and food pairings.
- Explain the menu, customisations and allergens clearly and accurately.
- Keep the bar area welcoming, organised and moving at peak times. Equipment care and hygiene • Clean and back-flush the espresso machine, grinders and blenders to the daily and weekly schedule.
- Follow food safety practices: hand-washing, sanitising, temperature logs, labelling and FIFO.
- Report any equipment fault to the Shift Manager straight away. Stock and preparation • Prepare syrups, cold brew,



garnishes and bar stock before each rush.
- Record wastage and flag low stock during the shift.

REQUIREMENTS • Experience: 1–3 years as a barista in a café, coffee chain or hotel. Freshers with strong hospitality aptitude will be considered and fully trained.

- Preferred: latte art and manual espresso machine experience.
- Education: Class 12 pass or above; hospitality course is a plus.
- Skills: attention to detail, speed under pressure, explicit communication and a warm, outgoing manner.
- Languages: conversational English and Hindi.
- Availability: rotating shifts including weekends and holidays; able to stand for long periods.

Compensation: Rs.3 lacs/annum, plus service incentive, PF, ESIC and statutory benefits. .( Not a constraint for exceptional candidate-can go up to Rs.3.6 lacs/annum)
