Salary: ₹20,000 CTC | ₹16,000 Take-Home per month + Allowances
About the Role
We are hiring customer-oriented Customer Support Associates for a leading Banking Process in Hebbal, Bangalore! Freshers are welcome to apply. This role involves assisting banking customers over the phone, addressing queries, and providing smooth, high-quality customer service.
Shift Timings
- Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Day Shifts)
- Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Salary & Special Allowances
- Base Package: ₹20,000 CTC | Approx. ₹16,000 Take-Home per month
- Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)
- Malayalam Language Allowance: ₹1,800 per month (for Malayalam speakers)
- Accommodation Support: 14 days of free stay/accommodation support upon relocation to Bangalore.
- Travel Support: One-way transportation assistance provided for joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries regarding banking products and account services.
- Provide accurate and prompt resolutions following banking process metrics.
- Maintain complete interaction details in the customer database system.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers can apply (0 to 5 years experience; prior banking experience is a plus).
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.
- Language Requirements: Fluent English + proficiency in any one regional language: Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Skill / Quality Requirement: Versant Level 4.
