Job Summary

We are looking for a Backend Developer with 6 months to 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with ERP, CRM, HRM, or similar business management applications and a good understanding of databases, APIs, and cloud technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for developing backend features, creating and integrating APIs, managing databases, troubleshooting issues, and supporting application deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications and services.
- Work on business applications such as ERP, CRM, HRM, and related enterprise systems.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Implement business logic, validations, authentication, and authorization.
- Design and maintain database tables, relationships, queries, and stored procedures.
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications and third-party APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues.
- Optimize backend performance and database queries.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Support application deployment and production maintenance.
- Assist with cloud-based application deployment and configuration.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and other team members.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow coding standards.

Required Skills

- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on backend development experience.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, HRM, or enterprise applications.
- Good knowledge of at least one backend technology:




- Python / Django / Flask / FastAPI
- Java / Spring Boot
- Node.js / Express.js
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and API integration.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of database design, relationships, queries, and optimization.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Cloud & Deployment Knowledge Candidates should have a basic to intermediate understanding of cloud technologies, preferably:

- AWS
- EC2
- S3
- RDS
- IAM
- Basic deployment concepts
- Microsoft Azure
- Azure App Service
- Azure Storage
- Azure Database
- Basic deployment and configuration

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, Linux, and cloud deployment will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP/CRM/HRM workflows.
- Knowledge of authentication methods such as JWT/OAuth.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Linux servers.
- Understanding of application security and data validation.
- Experience with production deployment and troubleshooting.

Education

- BCA / MCA / B.Tech / BE / B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience and strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
