- Prepare and process customer invoices and bills accurately.

- Generate invoices for vehicle sales, services, spare parts, and other automobile-related transactions.

- Verify billing details, pricing, discounts, taxes, and customer information before invoice generation.

- Maintain and update billing records and documentation.

- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Accounts teams for billing-related requirements.

- Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, and re-issuance when required.

- Maintain daily billing reports and MIS.

- Ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documents.

- Assist with basic data entry, documentation, and other back-office activities.

- Maintain proper records of customer and transaction details.

- Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in billing/invoicing or back-office operations, preferably in the automobile industry.

- Knowledge of GST invoicing and basic taxation.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and billing/accounting software.

- Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi
