Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day data entry and maintain records in Excel.
- Prepare quotations for medical equipment and consumables.
- Maintain quotation, customer, product, and sales records.




- Coordinate with the sales team for quotation preparation and updates.
- Assist with billing and basic accounts-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales and purchase-related records.
- Prepare basic Excel reports and maintain databases.
- Perform general back-office and administrative activities as required.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Valuable typing and data-entry skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Tally knowledge will be preferred.
- Experience in quotation making, billing, or back-office operations will be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

- A detail-oriented and organized person who is comfortable working with Excel, preparing quotations, maintaining records, and supporting the sales/accounts team.
