What You'll Be Working On

? Designing and building highly scalable backend services and distributed systems

? Architecting and developing robust microservices and high-performance APIs

? Driving system design, performance optimization, reliability, and scalability initiatives

? Building secure, fault-tolerant applications that serve high-volume production traffic

? Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver impactful solutions

? Leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers,



and contributing to engineering best practices

Skills We Value

✅ 1+ years of hands-on backend development experience

✅ Strong coding skills in Java or Python

✅ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring, FastAPI, or Django

✅ Strong understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, Distributed Systems, and System Design

✅ Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred)

✅ Hands-on exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven architectures

✅ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

✅ Robust problem-solving skills with a focus on writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
