We are seeking a skilled Salesforce B2B Commerce Back-End Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end solutions supporting B2B Commerce implementations on the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing commerce solutions that integrate seamlessly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and external enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and front-end developers to translate B2B commerce requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Design and develop back-end logic to support product catalog management, pricing and price book integration, buyer groups and entitlement logic, custom checkout processes, and order lifecycle management.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and REST APIs to extend B2B Commerce functionality.

Customize and maintain product, pricing, and inventory data models within the Salesforce platform.

Implement integrations between B2B Commerce and ERP systems, inventory management systems, payment gateways, tax engines, and Order Management systems.

Support complex pricing scenarios, contract pricing, and account-specific catalogs.

Ensure proper data synchronization between B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and external enterprise systems.

Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.

Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and version control systems.

Optimize system performance, checkout flows, and API call efficiency.

Implement robust security and sharing models for external buyer users and partner accounts.





Document technical designs, integrations, and customization logic in accordance with best practices.

Competencies

- Requirements & Competencies Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce (on Core).

Strong experience with Apex development including triggers, batch, and queueable processing, as well as Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.

Solid understanding of Salesforce product and pricing architecture, including Product2, Price Books, entitlements, and account-based pricing models.

Experience integrating B2B Commerce with ERP systems and Order Management platforms.

Strong understanding of account-based commerce models, buyer groups, and external user access management.

Experience customizing checkout flows, cart logic, and order processing.

Familiarity with large product catalog management and performance optimization strategies.

Knowledge of CI/CD processes and Git-based version control.

Skill Set

- Skill Set Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

Solid understanding of the Salesforce Commerce data model, pricing and discount frameworks, and order and fulfillment workflows.

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and web service integrations.

Experience optimizing performance for high-volume transactional systems.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Experience Cloud for storefront and buyer portal implementations.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and B2B Commerce Accredited Professional are preferred.
