- Preferred past HSBC experience (not a mandate but preferred)
- Domain: Payments-Domestic, Cross Border, Wallets, Cards Payments, Regulatory Projects within Payments domain
- Excellent communication skills
- Agile exposure (at least 2 years or more), not just limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
- Pro at writing EPICS, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Running elaborate Requirement workshops, Backlog grooming
- Understand end to end delivery lifecycle and role of a BA at each lifecycle stage, command on risk & issues analysis
