Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2Collection Specialist role based in Gurugram. The B2Collection Specialist will manage and track receivables from business clients, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of transactions, preparing collection reports, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, finance, and customer support to resolve billing or payment issues. The role also involves engaging with clients through calls and emails, negotiating payment terms where needed,



and escalating cases appropriately to minimize overdue accounts and support overall revenue performance.

Qualifications

- Strong numeracy and financial awareness, with the ability to work accurately with invoices, ledgers, and payment schedules.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation, including clear phone and email interactions with business clients.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and collection or billing software to maintain and analyze data.
- Relevant experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer finance in a B2B workplace is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach
