Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site B2C Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The person in this role will engage directly with individual customers, understand their real estate requirements, and recommend suitable property options. Daily responsibilities include conducting property consultations, following up on leads, arranging site visits, negotiating terms, and supporting customers through the closing process.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities,



coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, and meeting defined sales targets. The B2C Sales Executive is expected to represent Square Yard professionally and contribute to building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Solid communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to effectively engage with individual buyers.
- Sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities, with a focus on converting leads and achieving targets.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to manage leads and track activities.
- Ability to understand real estate products, local property markets, and pricing to guide customers accurately.
- Relevant experience in B2C sales, real estate, banking, or retail sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends or extended hours when required by business needs.
