Stallion Hotel Supplies is a 38+ year established supplier of premium tableware, cutlery, glassware, buffetware and hospitality products to leading hotels, restaurants and corporate customers across India.

We are looking for an experienced, confident and well-spoken B2B Telesales & Sales Support Executive who enjoys speaking with customers, developing relationships and systematically progressing business opportunities.

- You currently stay preferably within approximately 5 km of Holkarwadi / Pisoli / Handewadi, Pune, or have a practical and reliable daily commute to our office.
- You have your own reliable conveyance, preferably a two-wheeler, for daily commuting. Public transport connectivity to our location is limited.
- You have excellent spoken English and Hindi. Average/basic English will not be sufficient for this customer-facing role.
- You have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Sales, B2B Telesales, Customer Service, Sales Support or Sales Coordination.
- You are comfortable making regular outbound customer calls and speaking confidently with senior business contacts.
- You have basic computer proficiency: email, Excel/spreadsheets, WhatsApp Web, internet search and ability to work with CRM software.
- You are organised, responsible and disciplined about customer callbacks and completing assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing,



dormant and prospective B2B customers.
- Develop relationships with hotels, restaurants, corporate customers and hospitality professionals.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Introduce Stallion and relevant product categories professionally.
- Generate and nurture leads through telephone, WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate customer enquiries and quotations.
- Maintain customer information and next actions in CRM.
- Ensure promised callbacks and customer actions are completed on time.
- Support the sales team with customer coordination and sales-related office work.
- Invite interested customers to our showroom and help progress enquiries toward business.

Job DetailsLocation: Stallion Hotel Supplies, Holkarwadi / Pisoli–Handewadi area, Pune Work Type: Full-time, work from office

Working Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month depending on relevant experience, communication skills and suitability

Joining: Immediate/early joining preferred
