Position - Business Analyst for Cards & Payments Migration

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cards Business Analyst to support a major banking transformation programme involving migration of legacy banking systems to the Temenos platform (T24, TPH and TDH). The role will focus on analysing, defining and supporting card transaction flows, account migration impacts, integration requirements and end-to-end card lifecycle processes between CardPro Card Management System and Temenos T24.

The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, cards operations teams, CMS vendors, integration teams and Temenos implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse existing card transaction lifecycle covering ATM, POS, Cash Withdrawal and other card-based transactions.
- Study current card authorization and settlement flows and define future-state processes.
- Gather, document and manage business and functional requirements.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows and Gap Analysis documents.
- Work with Card Management System vendors to understand existing interfaces and transaction processing logic.
- Define integration requirements between Card Management Systems and Temenos T24.
- Analyse API and messaging requirements for card transaction processing.
- Understand and document account validation, balance verification, funds blocking and settlement processes.
- Support migration of account-related functionality from legacy platforms to Temenos T24 while ensuring minimal impact to card processing.
- Work with stakeholders to define reconciliation, reporting and downstream processing requirements.
- Support SIT,



UAT and production rollout activities.
- Participate in client workshops, requirement discussions and solution reviews.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust Cards domain experience (Issuing preferred).

- Good understanding of REST/API-based integrations.
