About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive or Head who can work on both inbound and outbound business opportunities.Your responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential businesses, understand their requirements, qualify opportunities, schedule and conduct meetings, maintain consistent follow-ups, handle objections and move prospects towards conversion and closure.We are not looking for someone who only makes calls and follows up.We are looking for someone who takes ownership of opportunities and has a strong conversion and closing mindset. Responsibilities Work on both inbound and outbound business leads

- Generate B2B leads through calling, LinkedIn, email, social media and other prospecting channels
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Understand and identify client requirements
- Qualify potential business opportunities
- Schedule and conduct business meetings
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups
- Handle client queries and objections confidently
- Negotiate and move qualified opportunities towards closure
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Take ownership of assigned leads from initial conversation to conversion




- Work towards defined sales and conversion targets

What We’re Looking For
- 6 Months–5 Years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales or Software Sales preferred
- Solid verbal communication and presentation skills
- Confidence while communicating with business owners and decision-makers
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, CRM and online/offline meetings
- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Most importantly — a conversion & closing mindset, not just a follow-up mindset
