B2B Sales Executive – Travel & Institutional Partnerships

Location: Dharamshala

Build HPCo partnerships across travel, tourism and passenger services.

Key Responsibilities

Airlines & Airports

- Sell HPCo cookies, bars, gift sets and other products to airlines, airport lounges and airport retailers.
- Develop partnerships with airport F&B;, lounge and retail operators.
- Explore passenger welcome gifts, premium travel products and regional Himalayan gifting.

Travel Companies

- Partner with tour operators, destination management companies and luxury travel companies.
- Place HPCo welcome hampers, snacks and gifts in guest itineraries and hotel rooms.
- Develop travel-specific gift and snack packs.

MICE & Events
- Work with MICE companies and corporate travel organisers.
- Sell HPCo delegate kits, welcome gifts, event hampers and conference products.

Railways & Railway Tourism
- Develop opportunities with IRCTC, railway tourism, railway catering and station retail.




- Introduce HPCo products for passenger catering, gifting and tourism programmes.

Travel Retail

- Get HPCo products into airport stores, railway retail, tourist stores and other high-footfall travel locations.
- Build repeat institutional orders and expand the number of HPCo products sold through each partner.

The role involves finding the right people, getting meetings, presenting products, negotiating, closing orders and developing repeat business.

Experience

2–5 years in airline sales, airport sales, travel trade, MICE, railway/IRCTC, travel retail or hospitality sales.

The candidate should already understand how these businesses buy and have experience dealing directly with procurement, partnerships, F&B;, retail or commercial teams.

Salary: ₹5.4–7.2 lakh CTC + incentives

Travel expenses reimbursed separately.
