B2B Project Coordinator

Location: Alibag, Maharashtra

Experience: 2+ years in B2B/Project Coordination, Business Development, Healthcare Partnerships, or a similar role

Preferred: Candidates residing in or around Alibag

Qualification: Graduate in MSW

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented B2B Project Coordinator to build and strengthen our corporate and MSME partnerships and drive healthcare outreach initiatives in the Alibag region.

The role involves regular client interaction, relationship management, organizing medical camps, and converting B2B opportunities into meaningful patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain corporate and MSME tie-ups for healthcare services.
- Conduct regular client visits and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify new B2B prospects and follow up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate and organize medical camps and healthcare outreach activities.
- Track camp-generated prospects and measure ROI and business conversions.
- Support the conversion of B2B patients/beneficiaries into B2C patients through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain regular communication with corporate clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare basic reports on leads, visits, camps, conversions,



and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B coordination, business development, healthcare projects, corporate sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting corporate/MSME clients.
- Valuable understanding of lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Marathi is mandatory, along with good working knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
- Candidates who are local to Alibag or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
