We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Workload Automation Engineer to lead the modernization of enterprise batch processing, workload scheduling, file generation, and third-party integrations. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, migrating, and operating Azure-native workload automation solutions that replace or modernize existing on-premises and legacy scheduling platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure Batch, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Azure Monitor, and DevOps practices, along with solid software development skills in .NET/C# and experience integrating with third-party systems through SFTP, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

This role will play a key part in transforming critical daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business processes into scalable, resilient, cloud-native solutions Key Responsibilities 1.

Workload Automation

Modernization • Assess, analyze, and migrate legacy batch jobs and enterprise scheduler workloads to Microsoft Azure.

- Design and develop cloud-native workload automation frameworks leveraging Azure services.
- Modernize file-based integrations and batch processing workflows.
- Consolidate workload scheduling platforms where appropriate to reduce operational complexity.

Development • Develop and maintain workload automation services and components using: o C# o .NET 8+ o PowerShell o Python (preferred) • Build reusable frameworks and components for scheduling, orchestration, monitoring, and file processing.
