Detailed Responsibilities

- Lead and manage technical teams, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation of Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks projects.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, ADF, and Databricks to fulfill agile business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for advanced data analytics, and propose tailored solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data quality, reliability, and high performance.
- Integrate data solutions with existing systems and applications through cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics, incorporating them into project delivery.
- Provide technical expertise,



mentorship, and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
- Apply agile methodologies and effective project management practices to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Snowflake, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
- Extensive experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Databricks for data engineering, data processing, and machine learning.
- Ability to design, develop, and optimize complex ETL data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for data pipeline issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience guiding technical teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management best practices.
