About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure Landing Zones, cloud migration, Azure networking, security, Terraform, and cloud governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and govern enterprise-scale Azure Landing Zones aligned with Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework.
- Lead on-premises to Azure cloud migration initiatives using the 6R migration strategy.
- Develop scalable and secure Azure architectures across compute, networking, identity, security, and PaaS services.
- Design Hub-Spoke networking, ExpressRoute, VPN, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, Application Gateway, and related connectivity solutions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
- Establish Azure governance using Management Groups, Azure Policy, RBAC, tagging, and subscription strategies.
- Design Zero Trust security architectures using Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, PIM, and network segmentation.
- Define High Availability and Disaster Recovery strategies, including RTO/RPO, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Backup.
- Drive FinOps and cloud cost optimization initiatives including rightsizing, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost governance.




- Develop HLD/LLD architecture documents, reference architectures, and technical design artefacts.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver cloud transformation programs.
- Provide technical leadership and architecture governance throughout the migration and modernization lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with solid experience in Azure Architecture.
- Extensive experience with Azure Landing Zones / CAF.
- Strong experience in Azure Cloud Migration & Modernization.
- Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong Azure networking knowledge: VNet, Hub-Spoke, ExpressRoute, VPN, Azure Firewall, NSG, UDR, Private Endpoints.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Security, Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, and Zero Trust.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of HA/DR, Azure Site Recovery, RTO/RPO.
- Experience with FinOps / Azure Cost Management.
- Excellent HLD/LLD documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-500, AZ-700.
- Experience with Bicep and ARM templates.
- Exposure to AKS, Azure Functions, App Service, Azure OpenAI, and other modern Azure PaaS services.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise migration programs.
