Role Description The Ayurvedic Doctor will provide in-person consultations to clients, assess their health conditions, and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic treatments and lifestyle modifications, with a focus on sexual health and related concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking detailed medical histories, performing Ayurvedic assessments, prescribing herbal and Ayurvedic remedies, and monitoring treatment progress. The role also involves educating clients on preventive care, maintaining accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

The Ayurvedic

Doctor will collaborate with the shop staff to guide product selection, support client queries,



and contribute to improving service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree in Ayurveda (BAMS or equivalent) from an accredited institution, with valid registration/licensure to practice.
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, herbal formulations, and treatment protocols, particularly in sexual and reproductive health.
- Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide transparent follow-up guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful, non-judgmental approach to sensitive health topics.
- Experience maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
- Comfort working in a retail clinic/herbal medicine shop environment and guiding clients in appropriate product use.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle a steady flow of client consultations.
- Prior experience in an Ayurvedic clinic or sexual health practice is an advantage; basic computer literacy is beneficial.
