We are looking for Senior AxiomSL Implementation Consultants to support multiple greenfield AxiomSL On-Prem Client Services implementation projects for a leading financial technology organization.

The selected consultants will work remotely at 100% allocation, supporting the complete implementation lifecycle including discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, production support, and client training.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in client discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Analyze client requirements, data, and regulatory reporting needs.
- Design and configure solutions within defined project parameters.
- Perform hands-on development using the Axiom ControllerView platform and related technologies.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, subject matter experts, client stakeholders, and project teams.
- Support the complete SDLC, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Solution design
- Configuration
- Development
- Unit testing
- System/integration testing support
- Production support
- Provide regulatory reporting expertise and stay updated with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain accurate technical and functional documentation.
- Conduct end-user training on the Axiom platform and implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot implementation and production issues and provide appropriate resolutions.




- Support multiple regulatory reporting solutions across client engagements.

Relevant AxiomSL / Regulatory Areas Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly relevant:
- Capital Risk
- Local Regulatory Reporting
- Trade & Transaction Reporting
- GSD Reporting
- FinReg
- FINSTAT

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 4–7 years of hands-on AxiomSL implementation experience.
- Strong experience with AxiomSL On-Prem implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Axiom ControllerView.
- Experience across the AxiomSL implementation lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and financial data.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, development, testing, and production support.
- Experience interacting directly with clients and conducting discovery/requirements workshops.
- Good understanding of SDLC processes and documentation practices.
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Candidate must be currently based in India.
- Must be available for 100% workload during the engagement.

Preferred
- Nasdaq/AxiomSL certification.
- Experience supporting greenfield AxiomSL implementations.
- Exposure to multiple regulatory reporting solutions such as Capital Risk, Trade & Transaction Reporting, GSD, FinReg, FINSTAT, or Local Regulatory Reporting.
