- Key Responsibilities
- Lead AWS DevOps initiatives across build release deployment and operations for multiple environments
- Design implement and maintain CI CD pipelines to enable consistent automated and repeatable deployments
- Drive Infrastructure as Code practices to provision and manage AWS resources reliably and at scale
- Establish operational best practices for monitoring alerting incident response and post incident reviews
- Partner with development teams to improve deployment frequency reduce lead time and increase release quality
- Ensure security and compliance controls are embedded into pipelines and cloud operations DevSecOps mindset
- Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive automation and fixes
- Mentor team members conduct reviews for pipeline IaC changes and promote standards and reusable templates
- Minimum Qualifications
- 5 9 years of overall experience with strong hands on focus in AWS DevOps and cloud operations
- Bachelor s or Master s degree BTECH BCA MCA MTECH or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience building and managing CI CD pipelines for production grade applications
- Strong understanding of AWS services cloud networking basics IAM security fundamentals and deployment strategies
- Experience supporting production environments with monitoring incident handling and reliability improvements
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing advanced CI CD patterns such as blue green canary deployments and automated rollbacks
- Solid expertise with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management to standardize environments
- Experience with containerization and orchestration for cloud native deployments on AWS
- Ability to define DevOps KPIs deployment frequency MTTR change failure rate and drive measurable improvements
- Experience collaborating with security teams to integrate vulnerability scanning policy checks and secrets management into CI CD
- Prior experience leading mentoring DevOps engineers and driving cross team alignment on release and operational processes
