ROLE SUMMARY

Responsible for the execution of the AWP Methodology in a Project. During the Project development, he/she will work with all the profiles involved in the CWAs, EWPs and CWPs definition as well as in the management and control of the work packages according to the priorities given by the Path of Construction.

Specific Functions (Execution/Support/Information):

As per ITG-037-006:

- Ensure that the AWP methodology is implemented by all Project Organization members (as well as Modular Yards and Construction Subcontractors).
- Make sure that all mandatory training for Project Management Organization and Construction Subcontractors’ personnel is completed. For that, the AWP Coordinator will organize a meeting with the Project Director and the Disciplines participating in the project to ensure that the methodology is understood.
- Actively participate in integrated planning sessions to ensure that Construction input is incorporated into the Path of Construction.
- Constraint coordination during the FEED and HO EPC phases.
- Direct coordination with the Workface Planner to ensure AWP requirements are considered in the project schedule.
- Follow up on the changes in the CWAs definition.
- Gather in a single key plan all the CWAs defined by Constructability ( stick-built areas)



and Modular Manager (modular areas). This plan could be prepared in conjunction with a document that introduces de EWP s and the scope of each CWA .
- Coordination with Engineering, Construction Management, and Project Area Management Teams to confirm proper implementation of EWP s & CWPs .
- Follow up on the completion of the EWP scope by the disciplines in each CWA , giving support to the Workface Planner to prepare the EWP List.
- Support the Workface Planner according to the procedure explained in Annex I in the upload of the EWP field in the corporate applications ( Plan4E , ALEP , SMat and eGesdoc ).
- Support the Workface Planner in the identification and upload of the destination field of each piece of equipment and bulk material belonging to the EWPs in the SMat .
- Give support to the Workface Planner during the priorities and planning process in the AWP start stage, together with Construction and Planning Teams.
- Indicate the CWAs volumes coordinates to the 3D model Coordinator with the support of the Modular Manager and Constructability Engineer.
- Support in the AWP software preparation and data upload developed by the Project Digital Manager and Workface Planner.

General Functions:

- Participates in the development and updating of corporate procedures and documentation for the standardization of AWP methodology within the company's current work system.
- Contribute to the generation of LLAA during the different phases of the projects and ensure the application of them during the project, especially those related with work packages and AWP methodology.

Requirements for this position:

- Engineers with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in developing specific documentation for AWP methodology.
- Coordination interdisciplinary skills are required.
- Spoken and written technical proficiency in the English language.
