Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the solar industry, focusing on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects.

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking within the renewable energy sector.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project proposals, tenders, and presentations for clients across various industries.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Requirements :

- 8-17 years of experience in business development or a related field such as engineering or construction management.

- Robust understanding of the solar industry's technical aspects including photovoltaic systems design and installation.

- Proven track record of success in developing winning bids for large-scale infrastructure projects in India or overseas markets.
