:

1. AV Setup &
- Operations:

- Install, configure, and operate AV equipment including audio mixers, microphones, amplifiers, DSP, speakers, transmitters, receivers, projectors, and video/LED displays
- Prepare device and cable management diagrams for structured installation.
- Operate AV systems during classes, meetings, and mid-scale events (not large public events).

2. CCTV &
- Surveillance:

- Install, configure, and monitor CCTV cameras DVR/NVR systems and and related surveillance infrastructure.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure optimal camera positioning, recording quality, and data storage.
- Troubleshoot CCTV/surveillance issues and coordinate with vendors for upgrades or repairs.
- Maintain access control and ensure security of surveillance data.

3.Maintenance &

- Safety:

- Perform regular preventive maintenance of AV and CCTV systems.
- Ensure equipment safety, proper storage, and secure handling
- Manage inventory, spares, and consumables for uninterrupted operations.





4.Optimization &

- Support:

- Optimize existing AV and CCTV setups across all locations for efficiency and improved reliability.
- Provide technical support for digital signage applications, YouTube live streaming, and online meeting (Zoom/Teams, etc.).
- Support faculty, staff, and teams during sessions and events to ensure seamless execution.

5.Coordination Vendor Interaction:

- Coordinate with Vendors for AV and surveillance projects, upgrades or repairs.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth AV &
- CCTV integration and support.
- Provide training sessions to team members to ensure smooth operation

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or related field.

- Minimum Experience Required:
- 1-4 Years of experience in AV Techinican or surveillance.
