Automation Test Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in software testing and automation. The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Playwright, API Testing, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Jira. Good communication skills are mandatory. Experience in testing industrial devices, embedded systems, or hardware-software integrations, particularly in industrial automation or similar environments, is also required.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.

Execute automation test cases and identify, document, and track defects.

Perform API testing and validate API functionality and responses.

Perform database testing and data validation using SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Test industrial devices, embedded systems, and hardware-software integrations.

Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Identify, document, track,



and retest defects using Jira.

Analyze test results and provide clear testing status and defect reports.

Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Mandatory Skills

3-5 years of experience in Automation Testing.

Strong hands-on experience in Playwright.

Experience in API Testing.

Good knowledge of SQL.

Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Hands-on experience with Jira.

Experience testing industrial devices, embedded systems, or hardware-software integrations, particularly in industrial automation or similar environments.

Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Good communication skills - Mandatory.
