Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor automation developers and manage workload/resource allocation.

- Own end-to-end automation delivery from requirement analysis → development → testing → deployment → support

.

- Identify business processes for automation, simplification and process improvement

.

- Work closely with

Business, IT, Process Owners and global stakeholders

.

- Review automation solutions, architecture, coding, testing and technical standards.

- Manage multiple automation projects, timelines, risks, dependencies and resources.

- Track productivity/FTE savings, cost reduction, quality and efficiency benefits

.

- Handle production issues,

RCA, incident management and continuous improvement

.

- Drive adoption of

AI/GenAI,



intelligent automation and emerging technologies

.

Must-Have Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in Automation / RPA / Process Transformation / Software Development.

- Proven team leadership and automation project delivery experience.

- Solid experience in

RPA / Blue Prism / Power Automate

.

- Hands-on knowledge of

VBA & Excel Automation, SQL, APIs and Web Automation

.

- Experience with

SDLC, Agile, testing, deployment and production support

.

- Strong stakeholder management, solution design and delivery management skills.

- Experience managing multiple automation initiatives and developers

.

- Knowledge of

AI/GenAI, process mining or cloud technologies is an advantage.
