What You'll Do Create and manage automated workflows using Zapier and similar automation platforms. Set up social media automation for content scheduling, publishing, and reporting.

Work with CRM tools to automate lead management, follow-ups, notifications, and data updates. Connect different tools and platforms to ensure smooth data flow. Identify repetitive manual processes and find opportunities for automation.

Monitor existing automations and troubleshoot workflow issues. Maintain automation workflows and improve them as business requirements change. Work closely with HR, marketing, operations, and technology teams to understand automation requirements.



?️ Skills We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in automation, workflow management, digital operations, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with Zapier . Knowledge of TagMango or similar platforms.

Experience with social media automation tools . Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-management workflows. Good understanding of workflow automation and integrations. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
