Automation Design & Development

- Design automation solutions for AHU manufacturing and testing applications.

- Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs as per project requirements.

- Prepare automation architecture, I/O lists, and control philosophies.

- Select suitable automation components including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and communication devices.

- Support electrical design team during control panel development.

Programming & Integration

- Develop and modify PLC programs using ladder logic, function block, and structured text.

- Configure and program HMI screens for machine operation and monitoring.

- Integrate PLCs with SCADA systems, VFDs, sensors, and field instruments.

- Establish communication using Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, BACnet, and other industrial protocols.

Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).

- Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and validation.

- Commission AHU testing stations and automation-controlled equipment.

- Support installation and startup activities at customer sites.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

- Diagnose automation-related breakdowns and control system faults.

- Provide technical support to production and maintenance departments.





- Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.

- Maintain backup copies of PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs.

Documentation

- Prepare technical documentation, operating manuals, and commissioning reports.

- Create I/O lists, cable schedules, and automation drawings.

- Maintain project records, revision histories, and software backups.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

- Improve production efficiency through automation initiatives.

- Support Industry 4.0 and digitalization projects.

- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction activities.

Required Skills

- PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Delta, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.)

- HMI/SCADA Development

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
