Role Summary:Hands-on IAM specialist responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Auth0 solutions on the Customer Identity (CIAM) side within a banking/financial services environment, including real-time troubleshooting of customer authentication issues.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure Auth0 Customer Identity modules (Universal Login, connections, MFA, Actions/extensibility, attack protection, logging)Design and support OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect flows for customer-facing applicationsDebug customer identity issues in real time, with intimate knowledge of JSON Web Tokens (JWT) — claims, signatures, expiry, audience/issuer validation,
