Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Claims Manager with deep expertise in North American Auto Insurance claims to lead our growing claims processing division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in end-to-end Auto Claims handling, combined with proven team management capabilities. You must have 10 Years of solid claims experience dealing with North American / EMEA market auto experience / Exposer.

Key Responsibilities

- Claims Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day end-to-end Auto Claims processing, including coverage verification, liability determination, loss estimation, and settlement authorizations under US/Canadian state and provincial regulations.
- Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and coach a team of Claims Adjusters/Examiners. Set performance benchmarks and drive high efficiency across claims turnaround times (TAT), quality scores, and customer satisfaction.
- Complex Claims Handling: Act as the highest level of escalation for severe property damage, total loss valuations, disputed liability cases, and fraudulent claim indicators.
- Vendor & TPA Coordination: Collaborate with US-based Third-Party Administrators (TPAs),



direct repair networks (DRP), salvage vendors, and legal counsel for effective claims resolution.
- Reserve & Loss Control: Review loss reserves on high-exposure files to ensure adequate reserving practices in line with corporate and client guidelines.
- Quality Assurance & Audit: Conduct regular file audits to ensure strict compliance with North American insurance regulations, state guidelines, and client-specific SOPs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key department metrics (Cycle Time, Indemnity Spend, Re-open Rates, Subrogation Recovery) and report directly to senior leadership.

Mandatory Qualification & Skill Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 10+ Years Experience in North American Auto Claims Industry. ( Do not apply if you do not have 10 Plus years experience
- Technical Skills: Should have valuable knowledge of entire Claims handling.
- Leadership/Management: Minimum 10 years no exceptions. You will be handelling very experienced 6 10 members team.
- Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills suitable for direct liaison with senior management and other stakeholders including North American auto policyholders, and internal and 3rd party legal team.
- Work Schedule: Flexibility to work in aligned US Night Shifts.

Salary & Compensation

- Fixed Salary: Starting From 15,000,000 per annum (15 LPA) Minimum 5 Months Probation
- Incentives: Uncapped performance-based monthly incentives
