We are looking for an experienced AU Manager – Procurement to lead procurement activities for defined categories and drive category management maturity, sourcing performance and savings/value contribution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement and performance for defined categories
- Develop strategic and tactical category plans
- Drive global sourcing projects and savings/value contribution
- Manage key & strategic supplier relationships and escalations
- Lead supply-risk management and mitigation actions
- Monitor savings and value contribution through PDCA
- Build external supplier networks and identify value-add opportunities
- Support talent management and coach category team members
- Monitor procurement KPIs and category performance

Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant Procurement experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration,



Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and global procurement processes
- Understanding of markets, bidding strategies and negotiation methods
- Robust supplier relationship and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of relevant procurement IT applications
- Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience managing complex operational, financial and business requirements
