Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Assistance & Support

- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical, or industrial equipment.

- Prepare tools, diagnostic equipment, and materials required for daily field service or workshop tasks.

- Perform basic testing, calibration, and troubleshooting under the direct supervision of experienced team members.

Documentation & Operations

- Log service reports, maintenance data, and parts usage accurately into the company’s digital system.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work environment, ensuring all safety tools are accounted for.

- Follow technical manuals, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned tasks.





Learning & Professional Development

- Participate in structured training programs and shadow senior staff to master technical skills and industry best practices.

- Develop a strong understanding of safety protocols, including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
