? WE’RE HIRING | Assistant Manager – MIS ?

We are looking for a strong MIS & Business Reporting professional to join our team and drive accurate, insightful and timely management reporting.

? Location: Gurgaon

? Experience: 4–7 Years

? Education: ICW/CMA preferred; CA / Finance / Commerce background can also be considered

? Key Responsibilities:-

- Prepare and manage weekly/monthly MIS & management reports
- Conduct Budget vs. Actual, Costing, Margin & Variance Analysis
- Develop and maintain Advanced Excel-based MIS, dashboards & reporting formats
- Manage Master Sheets and Buying Data
- Create and maintain Logic Masters
- Coordinate Warehouse PO & Inward data with Production
- Monitor and support Stock Management
- Analyse data and present meaningful insights to Senior Management
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, integrity and timely reporting
- Vendor/Sourcing-related MIS experience will be an added advantage

? What We’re Looking For





✅ Advanced Excel — Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query & Dashboards

✅ Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills

✅ Ability to independently manage MIS and convert data into actionable insights

✅ Experience in Apparel / Retail / Manufacturing / Sourcing is preferred
