Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for data center roles.
- Targeted Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and specialized networks to find passive technical candidates.
- Technical Screening: Assess hands-on rather than relying only on resume keywords.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Data Center Operations Managers and engineering leads to forecast hiring needs and define skill requirements.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain an active pool of pre-vetted regional technicians and critical facility engineers to support rapid site expansions.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within tech, engineering, or critical infrastructure.




- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with data center operations, including Data Center Technicians (DCTs), critical facilities engineering, or network infrastructure, construction, design and EPC
- Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Workable, or Workday.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred candidate profile Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally within tech, engineering, or critical infrastructure.
