Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for:

- Manpower Planning & Deployment.

- Material Planning, Shop Inventory, Production Planning and Execution for the shift.

Target

Setting & Meeting the same

- Co-ordination with supplier and customer for efficient shift operations.

- Shift Scheduling, Absenteeism Controls

- Monitoring and maintenance of Paint shop system cleaning activities.

- Productive Operational control of the shift wrt shop control indices in terms of Daily Work Management.

- Productivity improvements through kaizens/KK themes

- Initiatives towards reduction in FOS cost, Hazardous Waste, Fire Load.

- Initiatives towards sustainability - water consumption reduction.

General Experience

3-7 Years

Critical Experience





- Robot Programming (ABB robots)

- Knowledge of Automobile Paint Shop /Paint Technology.

- Hands on Experience on Robots Programming and modifying program for fine tuning

- PT CED and Painting Process.

- Knowledge of various chemicals, solvents, various testing methods for quality assurance.

- Knowledge on Paint shop system cleaning activities (PT, CED, Painting lines)

- Knowledge of safety aspects.

- Good communication skills.

- Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills

- Knowledge of SAP.
