Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager / Manager – Project Execution (Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects). The role involves overseeing end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, and vendors. The professional will monitor site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, tracking project progress, managing budgets, preparing status reports,



and resolving technical and operational issues on site. The role also requires regular communication with clients, participation in review meetings, and proactive risk management to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills for interior fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, and site execution.
- Technical knowledge of Trunkey interior fit out works, with the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Experience in quality assurance, HSE practices, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in using project management and design-related software (e.g., MS Project/Primavera, MS Office, AutoCAD or similar tools).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills in fast-paced project environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects, preferably in corporate, hospitality, healthcare, or commercial sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, with flexibility for extended hours or weekend work as project demands.
