- Candidates should be qualified in CMA/ICWAI with Minimum 8-10 years of accounting experience, with at least 8 years focused on construction job costing and P&L; management.
- Establish and maintain robust job-costing frameworks to track direct materials, labor, equipment usage, and subcontractor expenses in real time.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss statements for individual projects and the consolidated company.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analyses comparing actual project costs against estimated/budgeted figures, flagging overruns early.
- Manage WIP schedules, ensuring accurate percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and proper handling of billings, retainage, and change orders.
- Partner with Project Managers to build realistic project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and periodic financial projections.
- Review and negotiate vendor/subcontractor payment applications, invoices, and contracts to ensure financial compliance and cost optimization
