Assistant Manager – Showroom

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills, preferably with experience in tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business growth.
- Handle customer enquiries, provide product information, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales.
- Supervise and motivate showroom staff to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams for stock availability, billing, and timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain records,



and submit daily and monthly reports.
- Support promotional activities and maintain good relationships with customers, architects, and contractors.

Requirements
- Any graduate; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
- Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, or building materials will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software.
- Robust customer service and team management abilities.
