Key Responsibilities

- Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements for roles in Engineering , R&D;, Manufacturing, Software, Embedded, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating interview schedules and managing candidates communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).




- Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the semiconductor and embedded systems industry.
- Assisting in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Ideal Candidate

- Minimum of 2 to 4 year of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor degree / MBA in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred but your approach and attitude matter more.
- Solid sourcing instincts and comfort engaging passive talent - headhunting or proactive outreach experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and alternative platforms.
- Agility and a growth mindset - someone who thrives in ambiguity and learns quickly.
- Startup experience is welcome but not essential.
- Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
