Job Overview A Salesforce Admin Engineer is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations. This role combines the skills of a Salesforce Administrator with an engineering mindset, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.

The Admin

Engineer works closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders to deliver both declarative solutions (using point-and-click tools) and light technical configurations, enabling automation, data integrity, and efficient user experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.

Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.





Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.

Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models.

Ensure data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and validation.

Support integrations with third-party applications and tools.

Partner with developers for complex customizations and deployments.

Monitor system performance, apply best practices, and stay updated with new Salesforce releases.

Required Qualifications

- B.E / B. Tech / MCA
- Should have at least 2 years of SFDC development experience

Must Have Skills

- Knowledge of APEX, Lightning, HTML, JAVA Script
- Langchain, Langfuse, flowise, vector DB, Rag, AI Agents
- Demonstrated project discipline and experience.
- Must be organized, focused, and driven toward established deliverable dates.
- Must be able to design solutions and form/drive related plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
- Understanding business and technical process interrelationships is essential.
