Key Responsibilities:

- Helps to identify and evaluate risks and control gaps in audited activities.

- Assists in internal audit.

- Assist in conducting periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

- Help streamline and improve accounting processes by actively participating in process improvement initiatives.

- Draft the initial observations, along with relevant annexures/backing documents, and share them with the audit manager for review.

- Do regular follow-ups for implementation of audit recommendations.

- Undertakes detailed test procedures like testing of sampled invoices, vendor agreements, variance analysis, etc. as per the directions given by the Audit Manager.

- Should have 2 years of relevant work experience in the Internal Audit function

Qualifications:

- CA Dropout / MBA/Graduate/ACCA/CMA upto 5 years of relevant experience (Internal Audit)

- Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.





- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior exposure in CA firms or industry

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual willing to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
