Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rewari. The Associate will support day-to-day operations within the manufacturing or production environment, including monitoring workflows, coordinating with supervisors and team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities may include basic data entry and documentation, assisting with inventory or material handling, and helping maintain equipment and work areas in line with company procedures. The role involves close collaboration with production, quality,



and logistics teams to meet daily targets and support continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing or industrial operations, with the ability to understand production processes and follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and documentation; familiarity with MS Office or similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to follow safety and compliance guidelines in an in office environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with supervisors, peers, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required, and to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven manufacturing setting.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a diploma, ITI, or bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an automotive or machinery manufacturing plant is an advantage but not mandatory for suitable entry-level candidates.
