Role Description The Associate Property Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring property readiness, and managing maintenance and housekeeping schedules.

Manager will interact regularly with guests and owners, handle inquiries and issue resolution, and support the implementation of JadeCaps’ processes to maintain high service standards.



The role also includes monitoring occupancy and performance metrics, supporting dynamic pricing and listing quality, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance guest experience and property profitability. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace and managing multiple properties and stakeholders simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Strong property operations and hospitality skills, including coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle guest and owner interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Basic data and technology proficiency, including using property management systems, mobile apps, spreadsheets, and online dashboards.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple properties, and meet operational deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-ground issues, resolve conflicts, and maintain service quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in property management, hotels, co-living, or serviced apartments is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site work across properties in the Greater Bengaluru Area and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.
