Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen and assess candidate profiles against role requirements.

Coordinate interviews and provide timely candidate updates.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.

Manage ATS updates, candidate trackers, and recruitment documentation.

Create recruitment reports and analytics using Excel.

Support hiring campaigns and walk-in drives.

KEY SKILLS: Expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition, technical and non-technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
