About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager – Physical AI Data Operations to support the execution of Physical AI data collection and annotation programs.

This role involves working closely with field teams, vendors, annotators, quality control teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day program execution. The ideal candidate should have solid operational and analytical skills, be comfortable working on the ground, and demonstrate the ability to identify challenges, solve problems, and drive operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on role that requires a combination of data-driven decision-making, stakeholder coordination, and on-field execution.

What You'll Do

- Support the execution of Physical AI data collection and annotation programs, ensuring smooth coordination across field and operations teams.
- Maintain and manage daily operational trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards, and MIS reports, ensuring accurate and timely visibility into program performance.




- Support resource planning and workforce allocation, including deployment, capacity planning, attendance, productivity, and utilization tracking.
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, annotators, QC teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.
- Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, investigate root causes, and drive corrective actions to improve program efficiency.
- Take ownership of operational challenges and work proactively towards timely resolution.
- Participate in on-field operations and travel to data collection sites to understand ground-level challenges, monitor execution, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Track key operational metrics and proactively flag risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
- Support process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across programs.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in operations, program management, logistics, data collection, annotation, or account management.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to manage operational trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work closely with field teams at data collection sites.
- Strong ownership, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, prioritize competing requirements, and drive tasks to closure.
